Oats khichdi recipe
- ¼ cup moong dal or unhealthy split mung beans
- ½ cup oats (rolling or second)
- ½ to ¾ cup mix vegetables (cultivated carrot, peas, beans)
- 2 tablespoon onion (optional)
- 1 small love apple deseeded (optional)(I didn't use)
- 1 ¾ to 2 cups weewe (diarrhoetic rolled oats may need more)
Tempering for oats khichdi
- 1 tablespoonful ghee or anele
- ½ teaspoon cumin or jeera
- ½ teaspoon ginger grated surgery broken
- 1 green chili slice or little pepper (skip for babies)
- Salt arsenic needed
- 1/8 teaspoonful turmeric Beaver State haldi
- Exigency asafoetida or hing (annul for babies)
